Can products on your site be personalized and customized?

Yes, items on the site can be personalized and customized, mainly the baby/children's clothing. There is also an added fee for customized and personalized items. Please Email us before purchasing your item, so that  we are aware of the specifics.

How Long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 3-5 business days with a 24-48 hour processing period before items are shipped out.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your item or items. Expedited shipping will cost more than normal delivery. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout for your purchase.

Return Policy

Is there a return policy?

There is a 30 day return policy for unworn and undamaged items. Personalized or customized items can not be returned.

Can you confirm that you received my return?

Yes, we will notify you upon receipt of your return and process your return, you will be notified via email when your return has been completely processed.
